Just received word via some of our Kentucky FReepers that Freeper Don Bell will be running on the ticket with Senator Virgil Moore for Kentucky Governor next year.
"Virgil Moore is a very popular State Senator with many years of legislative experience. Don Bell compliments that ticket perfectly because he is an experienced bean counter, has 20 years experience as a Secret Service Agent, and so can do a lot to cure the ills in the bloated budget as well as the many problems within the Kentucky State Police Department."
"At the moment, I see no team running that has more to offer the people of Kentucky."
"Oh . . . . do I think Virgil Moore can win? Yup! There's a good chance there. He has been doing the background work. Adding Don Bell to the ticket will help. So, yeah, this is more than just supposing. . . . . ."
News should hit the wires tomorrow.

Good luck to Mr. Bell and Virgil Goode. Here in Louisiana, we won't disappoint again like we did in November. We'll defy the odds and elect a Republican governor and try to take the State Senate.

I've met and supp'ed with Don in Kentucky with The Irate Magistrate. He was well spoken and very dedicated to our Republic and its constitution. Great background too. I hope the best for his candidacy and was sorry he lost his bid for Congress.
Mike, tell Don hi for me and give him my best ... Bernie and the boys at the dump too ... and the Colonel.

Sweeet. Maybe I can move to Kentucky (about 60 miles south of me) for a short time for cheaper cigarette prices and to throw a vote in for him.
Don: Good luck and update us all as this develops. Us southern ohio freepers can lend you a hand. Freepmail me if you need envelops stuffed, etc. Been itching for something to do - my last big projects were helping a sen. from cleveland nail the ohio OBE back in the 90's and being heavily involved with the whitehall city council (I live in circleville now but my schedule makes it difficult to attend most meetings and functions).
Thanks for the info Jim! I am heading to California March 15th for 10 days to visit friends and family, will see if I can make it up for a support the troops thingee (how far are you from Bakersfield?)

Would ya mind adding this to your ping list? Please?

I have only met a few federal officers who are also strong Constitutionalists and honor their oath of office. Don Bell is one, and deserves our support -- in whatever method that support may be.
Senator Moore is well placed to be governor. He's popular, knowledgeable, glib enough and able to do the job. What Senator Moore lacks, Don Bell complements. So, yes, there is a team there.
To: Doug Fiedor
Sounds like they will be great for Kentucky!
Good luck to Don Bell and Virgil Moore!

Thanks Jeff!
I'm very happy to see our FReeper Don Bell join the ticket with the decorated Viet Nam vet, Ky Sen. Virgil Moore.
All of the constitutional groups in Kentucky are on our side; along with the anti-tax, pro-life and, pro-gun groups.
