Just received word via some of our Kentucky FReepers that Freeper Don Bell will be running on the ticket with Senator Virgil Moore for Kentucky Governor next year.
"Virgil Moore is a very popular State Senator with many years of legislative experience. Don Bell compliments that ticket perfectly because he is an experienced bean counter, has 20 years experience as a Secret Service Agent, and so can do a lot to cure the ills in the bloated budget as well as the many problems within the Kentucky State Police Department."
"At the moment, I see no team running that has more to offer the people of Kentucky."
"Oh . . . . do I think Virgil Moore can win? Yup! There's a good chance there. He has been doing the background work. Adding Don Bell to the ticket will help. So, yeah, this is more than just supposing. . . . . ."
News should hit the wires tomorrow.

His wife, Stephanie, is a hot tamale. She tried to set me up one time, but I blew it as usual.

At some point I'll be needing details on that.

HI DEB !! How are you ma' lady. Good to hear from you.
To: Dianna
Dianna, I will be contacting you by FReep mail soon.
You can be very effective while attending school, with very little effort.
I will be needing a NKU campus director.(mostly this just means talking with your friends and handing out position statements.)
I now have a director at UK, WKU and U of L.

Here's another FRpeer in Kentucky that is glad to see Sen. Virgil Moore run for Governor. His choice of FReeper Don Bell to run for Lt. Governor is wonderful! I hope FReepers from across the nation will lend their support and see to it that Sen. Moore and Don Bell win this Republican primary election on May 20th, 2003!
Thank you to Sen. Moore and Don Bell!

I am so good, thanks. I hadn't seen your name for such a long time I was sure you had gone away.
If I can help these guys in any way with their campaign (media consulting-wise), let me know. No charge, of course.

Well, as I am going to be one of those "old people" who always ask too many questions and ruin the grading curve, I'll tone that down and try to make a friend or two just for Don. I can hand out flyers with the best of them!
I've got your number and will try to remember to contact you in the next couple of weeks.

Today is the day it becomes official.
Senator Virgil Moore informed me last night that he and Don Bell will be formally filing the necessary papers to officially become candidates for Governor and Lt. Governor sometime today.
There is also more good news from the Moore-Bell campaign, but I do not have permission to relate it at this time; so we will have to wait for The Irate One to get on line and tell us.
This is an historic moment for the Commonwealth of Kentucky as it is the first time in well over one-hundred years that candidates for both governor and lt. governor are running who express a strong willingness to support the freedom and liberty of the people of the state.
I might also add that this campaign will be a very interesting ride. The fact is, because these are Liberty-minded candidates, the Moore-Bell campaign could set the tone for future Liberty candidates throughout the country.
This is it, folks! It is now time to roll up our sleeves and get busy. We have work to do. All Americans who love Liberty should get involved in some way. Because, if we can elect Liberty-minded candidates in Kentucky, this could quickly become contagious throughout our nation.
God Speed, Virgil Moore and Don Bell. And may your words of wisdom in support of freedom, liberty and a more responsible and efficient Commonwealth government find instant favor with a vast majority of the Kentucky electorate.

Thanks for the news advance. I met briefly with Don Bell and got to meet Virgil Moore and his lovely wife on Saturday. I realize it will be an uphill battle, but I'm motivated to do whatever I can to advance the cause for victory.

I am back from Frankfort now.
It was quite an eventful day.
I will see you in Louisville tomorrow.

Let me know when something is happening in my area. It would be great to see Don again, and of course, even greater when he and Virgil win.
