New York Democratic Senator Charles Schumer will announce this morning that he will filibuster the nomination of Judge Pickering to a place on the US Fifth Court of Appeals.

Actually, what I think that the president understands is that no matter who he nominates, the Rats will find one or two to attack. He therefore makes them work at it over and over and over and eventually, the public will get sick of the Rats and most of his nominees will get through.

ME, TOO, Ewing! He's my representative (HAH!) in Congress. I can't stand the sight of him anymore. Who do they think they are to deny us good judges and to ruin reputations like they do. We really need to pray that the judicial system gets filled with righteous judges or this country is really going down the tubes. Bush should have fired all the Clinton appointees just like Clinton did when he got into office. The Clinton democrats have ruined our nation and put us in harm's way. I hope they all live to rue the day...
