Who are the wrong people?

At the end of the day, the wrong people are regular Americans with the gravitas to accept responsibility for their own choices in life (and thus should never vote for a Democrat). Rich or poor, the wrong people feed the poor without boasting, when down and out they don't covet their neighbors' success or demand others pay their way.

Good one, RNC. Thanks, PKM. (^:

Yeah, it has rhythm, it's easy to remember, it might even sound clear when yelled at street corners. It's got the stuff of slogans.

Please put me on this Bush/Cheney 2004 list.

I was so excited last night to find out that next year, my family will be in the top 10%, I had no idea. We are as "comfortable" as the rest of my neighborhood, but I would be hard pressed to call myself rich. Its really kind of depressing.

The class warefare has got to stop. My husband and I where married in 1987, he was in the Army and we made our first year combined income of just over $11,000.00

Neither of us have college degrees, but we both work our asses off for each and every dollar we make. My husband works in a dirty factory in 150 degree heat, and has worked himself up through the years from "working on the line", to being a quality control auditor. He got this way by taking a 2nd shift job nobody else wanted (they would only consider 1st shift or maybe 3rd shift). Those same people that refused to make the sacrafice of family life (it was hard for that year) now bitch that they have more seniority and they should have his "cushy" job.

Niether of us came from rich or even well-off families but we did it ourselves. I went from being a waitress to working in my home "coding" medical records for VA Hospitals, because I took the initiative to take an independent study program, and become a certified coder.

The only reason I am boring you all with my families 15 year career history is to point out that if we can do it.(Starting from $11,000 a year to the "top 10%") any one can do it. I am so sick of people making excuses for there failure in life. I know that many will not find a job like my husband has, but the reason is because they refuse to work where he works. (BTW, my husbands shop is non-union, and we get much better wages and benefits because of it.)

One of the reasons I love FreeRepublic so much is because here people believe in the value of hard work, and the will of the people, they also refuse to pander to others who refuse to take responsibility of their lives and just whine and bitch about it because they are too good to work at less than stellar jobs. Unless they come from a rich family I would wager a bet that 90% of the wealthy today once worked at a McDonalds, or a Wal-Mart or other minimum wage job. They just realized it was a starting point and not an ending, and that if they wanted to improve themselves they had to do it through hard work and experience. Too many people now a days want to skip that step and if they can't they bitch and moan about the "evil Corporate Enterprise."

The Democrats want senior citizens to choose between paying taxes and buying medicine.

Seems to me that statement needs wide dissemination!

Think that is on the right track. During the Senatorial campaigns, I received a bumperstrip that said Say NO to Taxes -- Vote Republican.

Your story is exactly like mine. We earned everything we have through hard work and it's still hard work just to hold on to it and I am sure that is true for alot of people! God bless America.

Democrats haven't had a good idea in over 40 years. Their stupid "plan"is no exception.

Could they just once put the country first instead of their own personal power? Sadly, no, they can't. The tighter they clinch their greedy fingers on their power the more it is sliping through their fingers.

It's great to watch the Bush team run circles around these idiots like Pelosi and Daschole. I love watching them strike out with their class warfare garbage. And that's all they have, throw up a pack of lies and hope people are stupid enough to believe them.

I love when they talk about Bush raiding the soc. sec. trust fund to pay for his tax cuts, when they know damn well the "trust fund" has been spent long ago. It's amazing how democrats lie to everybody about everything and they think there will never be any consequences of their lies, when there surley will be. They've lied to everyone for so long, they think they can get away with it forever.

I believe the time is coming soon when they will be held accountable for their treasonous lies and theft from the people of America. And it's going to be very ugly for them.

Tax cuts should go to those who pay taxes. It's catchy, nearly a slogan, but still not a bumper sticker. Needs work.

How about: Tax cuts for Tax payers!!

Oops! Thought I was being original. I see by reading the thread that about 5 others got there before me. But it just shows that Tax cuts for Tax payers is a slogan that strikes a chord for many people. It really should be brought to the attention of the RNC.
