"NO" is "no". "No" is always "no". If they say "no" it means a thousand times "no." "No" plus "no", equals "no", all "no's" lead to "no","no","no."

If "No" is "No" - certainly not true for a number of females I've known - then what is "I have to go home now"? Is that "No", or "Finish quickly, I need to go home"? And how is the boy supposed to know? And if he is ignorant for 90", does that merit 6 months in jail?

She never said no. They both said the sex was consensual. Her: "I should be going now." could well be taken as a "Hurry up and finish."
As for "no" always meaning "no", nonsense. "No" is often but a part of the dance.

Sure it is ... right up until the initiation of the act itself. After that point "no" means ... well, you figure it out.

But YES doesn't always equal yes? And now we are just supposed to take a womens word that in the privacy of the bedroom Yes became NO?
Bottom line. Women if you want to avoid this situation don't put yourself in the position for it to happen. It's YOUR responsibility. Don't be in the back seat, don't be in his house, don't go to his hotel room or dorm room, don't be in the bedroom at a party because that implies YES in any rational world.
