It seems that I always agreed with you in the past. I thought you used common sense. BUT after reading through this thread, especially your comments at #96. I bookmarked this thread in amazement. You might want to read this comment from another thread:

This article is amazing in it's ignorance. Reasonable protest against our government should be viewed as healthy, not a threat.
We were criticizing it constantly for the last eight years. Should we have shut up and let Clinton and his stooges have free reign?
Those who protest the government are sometimes those who love our nation the most. I learned that during the last eight years.
As for the government backing off gun owners, who the heck came up with that gem? From California to the East Coast gun rights have been and remain under constant attack.

Was this during one of your more lucid moments?
I'm so mad. I want to walk up to the first non-smoker I see and tell him this is a smoker's thing and just slap him.(a little NY Congressman dig)
Thanks for the comment Mark. I'm willing to discuss this issue, but I can't do it with ten to thirty people addressing me at one time. The tone goes south and I get tired of folks telling me they want to beat me up or kill me or that they think I'm Hitler because we view this issue differently.
Businesses on private property have been regulated on public health and safety issues for a long long time. I don't want myself or my wife to get hepatitus, so I'm glad to have health inspectors. I don't want to eat food prepared under unsafe conditions that might affect our health negatively. I don't want anti-pest control items used improperly so as to contaminate the food.
You folks don't favor the laws. You see them as unconstituional. I don't see them as more unconstituional than the other regulations we accept.
I don't wish you or anyone else on that thread ill. I am sorry that the anti-smoking laws affect you adversely. I am sorry that my opinion offends folks this much.
Take care.
