If you get this guy nailed, and you need complainants from the various jurisdictions, I'll sign on for PA. The 1^st Amendment and free speech don't cover that scumbag.

I too believe it's time to invoke some type of validation for all, as long as it doesn't impact the forum and the underlying premises of open communication.

While I did take the initiative to start this thread, it's really not up to me to make that decision. It's JR's. I would file a complaint on the guy. The authorities should take it from there. As for a sign-up fee, the forum has done pretty well without one. I know this discussion has taken place before. I can see pros and cons on the idea. One day we may need to instigate a policy change. We'll see.
