Specious arguments. We were attacked in the name of Islam.

It is absolutely incumbent upon the adherents of the religion who do not agree with the jihadis to provide an accounting.

Both in terms of normal human interactions in the society they live in and for their own self preservation and protection.

Obviously you cannot see that human factor and prefer the legal idealisms - yes, the Constitution offers protection but not to those who attack us.

No, it doesn't. As I have stated we punish violent behavior here, that's our law.

Now I don't know what the "human factor" is exactly, but I would be willing to bet that it's something so arbitrary and subjective as to be tyrannical.

I am sure this "human factor" has been sited by every tyrant throughout history as a blanket justification for his tyranny.

The Palestinians, unable to accept their loss on the battlefield, are using a similar argument right now actually. You sound just like them.
