Obviously you cannot see that human factor and prefer the legal idealisms - yes, the Constitution offers protection but not to those who attack us.
No, it doesn't. As I have stated we punish violent behavior here, that's our law.
Now I don't know what the "human factor" is exactly, but I would be willing to bet that it's something so arbitrary and subjective as to be tyrannical.
I am sure this "human factor" has been sited by every tyrant throughout history as a blanket justification for his tyranny.
The Palestinians, unable to accept their loss on the battlefield, are using a similar argument right now actually. You sound just like them.
AS i stated before but you seem to ignore, the human factor is the fact of their living in America that welcomed them.
Now its time for them to pay back a little to their adopted country. You really can't see the issue here?
American Muslims particularly arabs and pakistanis have no credibility in the USA...they're being asked to register (even some citizens), they're scared and they're frightened. But they cannot see enough to realise they've had a year to set themselves right with the American public and haven't. That's not America's fault; it's theirs. But i guess you don't see that.
Shouldn't some introspection be in order on their part.
It's the muslims of America decrying the injustices done against them.
How about them stopping their sobbing for a change.
