NOTE: the survival of our Republic is threatened by two things -- fundamentalist Islamic terrorists and Hillary Rodham Clinton. President Bush is leading the fight against the terrorists. It is up to those of us who know the real Hillary Clinton to lead the fight against her. We must shine the light of truth on this dangerous woman so that all Americans may know the real Hillary.
#19 in the continuing series.
President Bush had just finished giving his first State of the Union address. Hillary acted like a child during the address, which will be the subject of the next episode. For this episode, however, we will talk about her desire for face time on television and how old Strom Thurmond got in her way.
Hillary knew that the NBC New York affiliate's camera crew was there. Right after the president finished his last word Hillary made a mad dash to get in front of the camera. Unfortunately, 98-year-old Strom Thurmond was between her and that camera. That was bad news for Thurmond.
The Hillary Express apparently had no brakes and was unable to change course. Her hit on Thurmond was comparable to something that Warren Sapp would put on Michael Vick in a game down in Tampa. Had it been seen by John Madden, he might have named her an honorary member of the All-Madden team.
Congressional sources told the American Spectator online that Thurmond stumbled and was nearly knocked to the ground. Fortunately, he was caught before he hit the floor by Lifeguard Ted Kennedy. If only Ted had been that quick about three decades sooner, presidential history might be quite different. Or, if he drove a Volkswagen Bug. They float. Hillary, of course, did not stop after the hit and run.
But Hillary was not yet finished with the dean of the Senate. Remember that this was the time before Jumpin' Jim Jeffords made his infamous jump to the other side. In a Senate debate regarding budget amendments on May 21, 2001, Joe Biden made a gracious offer to Thurmond. Here is the account from NewsMax -----
Biden sought to relieve the weary Thurmond, who by several accounts looked visibly unwell, by striking a deal where they'd both leave the Senate floor, cancelling out each other's vote on the important budget amendments at hand.
But when Mrs. Clinton learned of Biden's kind gesture, she warned, "Joe, you're going to miss thirty votes" -- then tried to blame the prolonged session on Republicans.
Clinton prevailed, along with two other Democrats who echoed her arguments, and Thurmond was forced to endure the full debate.
"This is disgusting," a Republican aide told the Washington Times Wednesday. "This is the lowest form of politics, when you´re actually trying to exhaust senators into their graves in the hopes of gaining the majority."

The lesson everyone needs to remember is clear -- stay out of Hillary's way. Whether you are a member of the opposition or within her party, it is wise to heed the advice.
Wait. Watch. Worry.
