the delivery man carried huge blocks of ice up three flights of stairs LOL! Those 'old' days the delivery man wouldn't want to go back to!

Our 'dry cleaners man' resembled Jimmy Durante and came to our home to pick up/drop off clothing. As little kids we'd hang on to his truck for a ride to the town hall. He was a great sport. :o)

The poor old man would carry the ice on his back. He needed to make a living to feed his family. Somehow I don't see the above it alls of this time doing such work, do you?
