No the scent dogs did not pick up a Westerfield scent in the vD house. Had there been a credible "hit" by any of the dogs used in this case it would have been used during the trial. Same for the SUV and Motorhome. A dog sniffing the outside of a Motorhome meant nothing when no scent of Danielle was found inside the MH. That is where Danielle was supposed to have been murdered wasn't it? No, maybe she was murdered in DW's house......No scent there either but even had there been it might have come from an earlier visit Danielle made to DW's house selling cookies a fw days before.

Had the FBI's scent dog with the best nose nose in the west according to LT. Duncan made a "hit" in the VD house that would have made a DW guilty believer out of me.

(Not exactly Duncan's words but same meaning) lest I be accused of falsifying the evidence or misrepresenting Duncan's statement.)

I personally felt that FR should have imposed a tighter rein on the Westerfield threads. The nastiness was not kept in check. the fact that the vitriol was allowed free rein here did affect my opinion of FR

I totally agree. And I didn't think the Smoky Backroom was a good solution. It just allowed those who wanted to, to attack people personally (sometimes without that person even knowing of it). And such posts were not deleted because it was in "the Smoky Backroom" and therefore "acceptable."

I was totally fed up for a while but when those on the other side started threatening to withdraw THEIR financial support, I decided I wasn't going to be as petty as they were. FR's not perfect, but I'm not going to let a few bad eggs keep me from supporting the great deal of good FR does.

It's also a FACT Peter Damon van Dam & wife Brenda van Dam lied to LE for the first 17/18 hours after reporting Danielle was missing. To protect Danielle? Nope, to protect their own backside. Critical hours for this child. Peter Damon van Dam stated he told the LE everything after he was told how serious the situation was about Danielle being gone. Thats a FACT! No one would have to tell me how serious a situation was if I had a child missing for 17/18 hours. And that also is a FACT!

Woman gets $40,000 for giving transcripts to National Enquirer

BOULDER - A confidant of John and Patsy Ramsey sold handwriting samples and interrogation transcripts from their daughter's murder investigation to a supermarket tabloid for $40,000.

Susan Bennett, 51, of Hickory, N.C., who uses the name "Jameson" on Internet forums about the JonBenet Ramsey murder, insists she sold the material to the National Enquirer because she believed that its publication would prove the Ramseys' innocence.

Here's one for you. I was misled by the info on the internet and in the general media. We were all misled. The Ramsey's had nothing to do with the murder, and the real killer is still on the loose. The evidence which would lead police to the real killer was ignored by the Denver police. The lead investigator in the case found all this evidence , but then the Prosecutor got a court order to not only have all evidence (relating to the real killer) kept from court, but to have it DESTROYED. The investigator resigned his job due to this, but kept investigating on his own time and money. He eventually was able to get a friend in the justice system to overturn the first court order. The DENVER POLICE has too much to lose, as they already (for some reason) had locked onto the Ramseys as the guilty party. They then could not back down.

Many of us see the DW case the same way.

BTW, the murder case on Jon Benet Ramsey (due to this other evidence that was almost destroyed at the request of the Denver police department to cover their asses) was reopened for investigation as of December 2002.
