I have posted my own idiosnycratic view as to where I would come out on the case (absent being on SCOTUS and really having to think it through, although on this one, my views are something more than off the cuff), supporting the U of M in part, and not in part. The "above" was refering to an excerpt from the article stating:

"The White House is also said to be staying out of the Supreme Court case of a woman kept out of the University of Michigan because of her skin color: white."

I was hoping there was some action taken by the administration on this, contrary to what's written in the article.
