If I could bother you for a minute, I know you & Torie were following this, I haven't heard any more about it since your thread and discussion on the subject.

Any updated information avaliable, or is the above pretty much it?

I have posted my own idiosnycratic view as to where I would come out on the case (absent being on SCOTUS and really having to think it through, although on this one, my views are something more than off the cuff), supporting the U of M in part, and not in part. What praytell is the "above." I hope and trust it is not the spam.
