Anyone take a sideplate off a S&W revolver with the new "security" feature ? I have . Ya don't need a key ya need a screw driver to make the firearm function as designed. And "all" the keys are alike.

I purchased the revolver for my sister based on a good friends sad story . A new TiLite 357 magnum snubby. After I got the darn thing home I noticed what I thought was a scratch or something but it turned out to be a keyhole above the cylinder release latch. I gave it to her anyway. It was too late to buy her a lamp or something to replace it.

I was pissed as I hate such false sense of security taught the sheeple who believe that key is the "key"........

Oh well, Rant over. Stay Safe !
