The WoD continues in 2003 without success. Huh the WoD had great success with the defeat of three major pro-drug state(Arizona, Nevada, and Ohio) intiatives in 2002.
It was only during the Clinton years that pro-drug intiatives had great success.

The NASDAQ will break 700 and the DJI will break 5000. Gold will soar to a new ten year high. Late in the year, economic circumstances will gradually improve. By 2004 the economy will be on the mend.
