We took the Harbor Cruise and the one place we loved was the downtown mall. We had been to the San Diego zoo before as well as Sea World and other places on other trips out there. We also went to Alpine. San Diego is a beautiful city -- how can you beat Coronado for a beautiful place?

Think what shocked me so much is that we used to go to San Diego to get away from going into LA traffic and it was down there too. You are right about Camp Pendleton -- saved the day!

Guess I was just disgusted that the State has been overrun with people. My youngest daughter was born in Loma Linda Hospital and I have great memories of the time we spent out there at Norton AFB.

Wish I had known you all lived in that area! Might have had a different impression!
