Okay, I'm not going to repost the e-mails, since the NBC site says they're not for reposting, but I am going to post the Link...click here!

This takes you back to the NBC 7/39 web site, where they have posted (with permission) e-mails from people deployed with the Constellation Battle Group. I would highly recommend going there to read some of the replies, I found the e-mails from OS2(SW) House and STG3 Harper to be especially heartwarming.

OBTW, Tonk, they have women on Guided Missile Destroyers, now! Look for Ensign Angela's e-mail!

Good morning everyone! Oh look! It's Monday! Woohoo!! I'm still on holiday! Woohoo!! So? I should have plenty of time to write our troops!

As for the email from the US Marine, YOU ASKED FOR IT!! Get READY FOR THE ONSLAUGHT OF PEOPLE TELLING YOUR THEIR LIFE STORY!! Woohoo!! Gosh, I hope they forward them to the rest of us as well. Always interesting read about other people's backgrounds. (Hey! It's a choice between reading that or doing another load of laundry. Take your pick..LOL)
