Some one who believes that the federal government has three responsibilities, defense (which it is failing to do), infra structure roads rivers, etc (again something it is not doing very well) and delivering the mail (another basic function that is working fairly well, but not good enough).

Everything else is liberal claptrap.

Lessee, possible reasons that Bush could be nominated as one of the twenty most annoying liberals:

Has spoken out in support of the militia rifle (a.k.a. "assault weapon") ban;
Signed a big-spending education bill w/out insisting on vouchers;
Signed the USSA-PATRIOT-in-name-only Act rather than vetoing in favor of arming the militia;
Signed the Homeland Insecurity Act (possible increase in government spending) rathering then vetoing in favor of arming the militia;
Seemed opposed to arming pilots;
If I remember correctly, ultimately entered into a compromise agreement with the new International Court of Criminals as opposed to rejecting it altogether;
Signed the Alien and Sedition Acts of 2002 (a.k.a., Campaign Finance Reform);
Appointed a pro-abortionist (Whitman) to head the EPA (Abortion and environmentalism do intertwine);
Appointed a Democrat (Norman Minutty) to head up the Department of Transportation;
Wants to increase health spending.
