Regarding the upcoming war with Iraq, Brenda Buttner asked what you hope happens. Your response was:

My son-in-law will soon be boarding an aircraft for his third tour to the Gulf. Just what part of the war do you hope President Bush messes up? Do you hope that a plane crashes on deck and kills several sailors? Do you hope that the ship is hit by a torpedo and we lose a hundred of our sailors? Do you hope that Saddam Hussein uses poison gas as the Marines land and kills many of them? Do you hope a C-130 is hit with a missle and all aboard die?

Just what do you want to see messed up, Ms. Radner? Would it help your agenda if a nuke was sneaked into Washington, DC? How about biological weapons in the subways of New York? Or, how about this for a hoot --- a chemical attack inside an arena at an NBA game. Those would make you pretty happy. Bush would be blamed and your RAT party might have a chance in 2004. If Americans have to die, well, that is the price you are willing to pay.

My son-in-law and his shipmates will be risking their lives in a war zone to protect your right to stay stupid and bitter things. He is proud to do it, even though you clearly don't deserve it. You apparently want to see bad things happen to America because it will help your own agenda.

Okay, here's a very brief transcript. The context was that Ellen was giving her predictions for '03. She said something about Bush, to which Brenda Butner said that he will be re-elected.

Following is a transcript of what came next:
