This is the sticky wicket...what interesting strings might be attached there?

The one facility I am interested in seeing them hit is actually about 20 kilometers (16 kliks) from the Chinese border. They put these up there for a number of reasons....remoteness, near uranium, forested/or/mountain, and but not least, near China so they could perhaps have some spill over into China and ask for China's assistance in repelling the enemy if necessary.

I would think there is some back-room discussion with China while all this is going on. It's too close to home for them to not get nervous about the entire process, and it would be in their best interest to keep North Korea under some kind of wraps.
