I would think there is some back-room discussion with China while all this is going on. It's too close to home for them to not get nervous about the entire process, and it would be in their best interest to keep North Korea under some kind of wraps.

That is my thinking also .. my guess is China does not want us over in their neck of the woods

But will N. Korea listen??
