[history]
December 27, 2002 -- JERUSALEM - Scud missiles seized two weeks ago in the Arabian Sea were destined for Iraq, not Yemen, it was reported yesterday.
The missiles were captured aboard a North Korean ship but were allowed to proceed by U.S. authorities, who said an investigation showed the cargo was being legally sent to Yemen.

This author neglects to mention that the Yemenis know now that these scuds had better stay where we can see them. Should they "misplace them", the Yemenis know that they'll lose their "Friends of W" status.

Hey destro, you can't be serious are you? When W named Iraq, Iran and North Korea as an axis of evil there was a reason. We had to smoke NK out and the only way was to first confront Iraq.Since they are an axis they revolve around one another. In real life if you wanted to goad a neighbor into a fight or a showdown, the best way to do it would be to pick on one of his kids.Thats what we are doing destro, picking on iraq so NK will respond, the real evil, and they are taking the bait.
To: Harmless Teddy Bear
It is assumed they had nukes we just did not know for sure if they really did until now. If our so called leaders did not think the NK's had nukes they we were scared they would get them.

Iraq and North Korea are not linked. You can bomb Iraq and North korea would not care or notice. What they do notice is how we treat nukeless Iraq and North Korea. Any UN resolution on North Korea lately?

IMHO Iraq is a puppet of north Korea.Do you remember the delegations of NK's and Chineze to I raq prior to 911,at times it was the news of the day.Who do you think supplies Iraq with thier weapons? It's North Korea, one of them anyway.Stay tuned,be alert,be ready, and follow the money.
To: Flyer
Its common knowledge. Iraq and North Korea are evil states but they do not belong any mutual military organization nor have they had any relations that can be deemed an "alliance" in the past.

Yes they were worried that they would get them and what they would do with them and with reason. But NK did not have them at the time.

Send in the B-52s', It's Miller Time!!!!

IMHO Iraq is a puppet of north Korea. It has to be an opinion because it is nowhere near being a fact.

I do not mind going down the path of least resistance with Iraq. But North Korea is the real threat on the global scene. Iraq is as dangerous as Jack the Ripper with his arms amputated.

A connection via Pakistan.

Stupid Assad Jr. probably thinks (or is at least hoping beyond hope) that Israel wouldn't respond directly against Syria if the Scuds are fired by Hezbollah in So. Lebanon, but he is badly mistaken. The Assad whelp is such a tool. Daddy, though a stone killer, would never let himself be used, and gratuitously put at risk, like this. Is there any chance a Syrian general will cap this fool?

You learn in school that you can't prove a negative. Can you let me know what you know about these ties with Iraq and North Korea. I have no problem learning new things. Thanks.

You mean weapons trade among rogues? I assumed people are talking about a military alliance akin to a NATO or an Axis Pact or something.

Can you let me know what you know about these ties with Iraq and North Korea. Don't change the subject. We are still discussing your knowledge of the lack of any ties.

I can't prove what does not exist. Is there a website where I can find where Iraq and North Korea held joint military manouvers?
