Clintons top list of 2002's 'most corrupt' December 25 2002
Former US first lady Hillary Clinton, now a Democratic senator from New York, is Judicial Watch's sleaze queen for 2002, topping the legal watchdog's "Dirty Dozen" list published today. Her husband, former president Bill Clinton, is the runner-up.
The conservative group which targets government corruption calls Hillary "a modern-day Gollum" who "in her quest for brass rings frequently descends into evil," a reference to the greed-possessed Lord of the Rings lake-dwelling gnome.
It alludes to Bill Clinton's "eight tawdry years" in the White House, replete with sex, lies and complicity.
It notes Hillary's involvement in "evil, from Whitewater to FBI Filegate to Travelgate to taking over two million dollars in illegal contributions to her Senate campaign".
Republicans and business leaders fared little better in the group's listing.
Former FBI director Louis Freeh, who resigned amid scandal in 2001, is described simply as "the most corrupt and inept FBI director in the history of the agency".
Former Internal Revenue Service commissioner Charles Rossotti says Judicial Watch used the IRS as "a political weapon that would have made even Richard Nixon proud".
Senator Trent Lott, who resigned under fire on the eve of his accession to majority leader, rates eighth place as a "supreme embarrassment to the nation" for, among other things, indirectly espousing racial segregation in paeans at Senator Strom Thurmond's 100th birthday.
And former Enron chief executive Kenneth Lay is listed as the man who "used investors' money ... like his own personal cookie jar, playing the fiddle while this Houston-based company burned."

They were a "watchdog group" when they were investigating Cheney.
President Hillary Clinton must extract a terrible retribution on Larry Klayman and his staff, once she regains control of the IRS and the Departmant of Justice.

I think some punctuation is missing:
