I agree, this sentence is unjust. He should be executed, as should all terrorists who are convicted of attemted (or successful) mass murder. IMO, we should create a mideval dungeoun where these perps would be chained to a post and left to starve to death. Leave the bodies there as decorations for the next perp to enjoy.

And I was/am one of the most vocal. We're dumping billions of dollars into a system that is nothing more than window dressing. This "warning" from the FBI sort of says that. If they had faith in the system, what need would there be for this sort of public relations press release?

Just remember, this is the same group of people who take more than 15% of your annual salary for Social Security and have managed to mismanage it into near oblivion.

If the people of the TSA truly serve a purpose, then let them serve it. Personally, I think it's just another Charlie Foxtrot.

I think most on here would not throw a "Hissy fit" if the TSA started checking the people they should be checking instead of lil old ladies and 6 year old white girls. Nothing like getting searched and seeing a Middle eastern type just walk right through without evan a glance by the security workers. The death knell of the airline industry has already started. And that POS Mineta is one of the main factors.

This past August our DIL, our 3 year old Grand Daughter and her 18 month old brother, Bubba Bam Bam were flying back after a visit on the East Coast.

They made our Grand Daughter take off her pink sandals her Grandmother had bought as part of a travel outfit. After the inspection she threw the shoes back at the inspector and scored two perfect strikes when the inspector handed back her shoes after going through the xray monitor.

Our DIL tried to get them to inspect the newly filled Pampers that Bubba Bam Bam was wearing. They wisely refused to search him. Our DIL said that he filled the Pampers do to his concern of his sister being checked out. They should have to check him and change him.

And then you seem to forget, that originally Boeing refused to sign off on the claims by the NTSB, (oops, you forgot I guess) the large team of truly independent experts who do not have an axe to grind either way (either denying bombs/missiles or pushing conspiracies), the 300 + ...many of them highly qualified eyewitnesses, and the clear pattern of oppression by the FBI etc to prevent the obvious ALTERNATIVE view from being taken seriously. Hence, you can't be taken seriously on this subject since you are perversely avoiding clear and present 'danger' evidence of a missile attack and coverup. So what is at risk to you guys?

Obviously you black-suiters think the airline industry would tank if it was known that Al-Quaeda/Iraqi operatives are launching SAM-7s and Stingers right in our own country just down range of the airports. Well guess what, boys. Most Americans already suspect it...and to a higher degree than you appear to know. They are just fatalistically risking it.
