Police officers came to my house in the dead of night to check out who was the guy with the gun near my property. When I answered the door, I did have a gun on me, I didn't react like Beck did, the police were polite and my house is still standing.
And no, there was no "strong possibility" it was friendly fire.
The trajectory was from the house.
The bullet that struck the cop was the caliber that Beck was using.

I believe you. I don't doubt that Beck shot that cop. I heard there was doubt but never heard the end-result. This story went away (on a national level) two days after it happened.
I swear, I have no sympathy for Beck. But why do ATF raids always have to end in a burned-out house with all available evidence destroyed? This is something that looks really bad even if they weren't trying to cover anything up.
