Yeah, but compard to what North Korean nukes fired as a "shot from the grave" represent - DEFINITE death for millions in Seoul, Pusan, Tokyo, Saesbo, Kadena, and elsewhere...
We have no choice. We may have to replicate Osirak on Yongbyon. And do so soon.

I hope you were joking about "fallout killing millions". There is no way that can or would happen. Fallout is a persistent, low-level threat, not a catastrophic event. It might kill a few hundred of persons over a long period of time if we werediscussing a total USSR-US thermonuclear exchange. It would be hardly noticed if we smashed a single nuclear facility in NK.
