I find them to be seekers of the truth.

I find them to be an irresponsible source of hysterical quasi-"journalism."

FreeRepublic links to them on the homepage.

FreeRepublic also links to the Washington Post and Salon on the homepage. And just like them, I take anything published on Sierra Times with a big grain of salt.

Freepers have published articles over there; Carry_Okie, nunyabidness are two that come to mind.

Good for them. I just hope the check didn't bounce.

Anyhow, what's are your thoughts on this particular article, please, if we are done dancing around the topic.

Information about the so-called "Border Action Network" of the type so breathlessly reported in the Sierra Times article has been discussed, in great detail, in other FreeRepublic threads already.

Bottom line: Just like Sierra Times, the "Border Action Network" has major credibility problems. I wouldn't trust either as far as I could throw them.

Yes, we've discussed the Border Action Network, but they went by a different name until they were asked to this report for Grijalva.

What hasn't been discussed is the source of their funding and the funding of Coalicion de Derechos Humanos which is indentified in the following paragraph of this fact filled article, unless you have a link to a thread to proove me wrong.

While Border Action Network gets a major portion of its funding from the Norman Foundation, dedicated in its own words to countering right-wingers, the common denominator for both BAN and Coalicion de Derechos Humanos is Resist, Inc. and a raunchier group of Democratic Socialists would be darned hard to find!

So stop reading them. And stop annoying us!

It is embarrassing to read you fussing at adults, freely excercising their right to associate.
