Thank you, Miss Maggie - I love you! Have not gotten to spend nearly enough time here the last two weeks, but I think about all of you so much. You're an important part of my life - who knew online friends could be so precious.

Taking a break from the kitchen - my dishwasher is full of mixing bowls and cake pans just from one cake and a dozen baked potatoes (scooped out and mashed, etc and refilled for twice-baked potatoes) for Wednesday dinner. Always on the downhill side once those two things are in the freezer for Christmas dinner! (the rest really is practically coasting.) :)

Hi, Billie.....do you mind telling us what you put in the mashed potatoes for the twice-baked treat? Sounds like a good idea to put some in the freezer. Do you use Idahos? Do you fill halves or the whole potatoe with a little cut off the top? Are they thawed before heating in the oven? Thanks in advance!

I spoke to who today. She has an appointment this afternoon so will probably not be able to post to today's thread, but she did want everyone to know how deeply touched she is by the dedication of this thread. She loves y'all so much and wanted me to make sure everyone knew that.

Sorry I missed you earlier today, Billie. Been a bit busy with all the preps for Christmas just like everyone else. That along with playing with my little friends, cooking and more playing. Bike riding, runny noses, Tonka Toys and hugs are my excuse. Merry Christmas!
