Not a creature was stirring, not even a mouse.

The children are snuggled, safe in thier beds, while visions or sugarplums danced through thier heads.

Ma in her kerchief and I in my cap, had just settled down for a long winters nap.

He's very nice to 'wolves'. He's an old wolf himself. LOL

For my gingerbread house parties this year, I found some candy coal that is chock full of blue dye and if you eat it, it's very sweet but it turns your teeth and tongue and everything blue for an hour!
I could be wrong but I'm guessing you're the type of prankster that would *love* that stuff.

What a beautiful thread today. We did the whole family Christmas this weekend...sent my folks off this morning and got to work feeling a little blue.
