Yes taxes are to high, so is the answer to that to refuse to file a return?? So we aren't telling the Saudis off publicly,,do you claim some inside track on what is going on in private? So screening people like me is obviously nutty, we gotta keep the left wing quiet while we try to do this security thing. But keeping the right wing quiet is also gonna take some thinking about. But in spite of all the braggarts on this thread, very few people have assaulted screeners, cut of their hands, broken their wrists, etc, all the threats all of you make. Most just grumble and impress their women with their tough talk. Talk is very cheap. The burdens of citizenship are tough but we are a tough reasonable people, for the most part.

I would prefer to pay taxes the same day we vote (rather than 180 days later). A fee based system would be the most just ( you pay for what you use)
