A stupid redneck realizes he can't go through, never had any intention of harm or breaking the law, tries to turn around (I NEVER POSED THAT HE WAS RUNNING AWAY FROM COPS, DON'T CHANGE MY EXAMPLE) cause he knows he can't go through, and ends up incriminating himself.

Guess what? The sudden turn-away at the gate creates the probable cause, not the physical act of running. When he did that, he raised all manner of question regarding who he was, what he was carrying, and his intentions.

Probably has charges leveled also depending on what kinds of property of his he has on him.

Kindly note that stupidity is not in itself a crime, but it frequently carries a capital penalty.

I really don't have a ton of sympathy for stupid people.

I agree, that's why I said it seems to be a self incriminating process for the unwary. Seems wrong to me.

I don't have a lot of sympathy with elitists and their callous disregard of innocent people who have done nothing to harm anyone and intend no harm, and just happen not to know all the latest greatest Statist rules currently on the books.
