Turns up heat.
December 21, 2002 -- Sen. Hillary Rodham Clinton yesterday charged that Sen. Trent Lott is an example of the Republican Party's "constant exploitation of race" - and she dredged up accusations that President Bush played the race card during the 2000 presidential contest.

Sheesh, I saw this on the news last night and about lost it. Hillary made the assertion that the GOP was using race as a political tool.
Huh?
That's the bread and butter play of the DNC.

A Thing of Beauty Is a Joy Forever...
Yep, that old saying about how after 40 or 50 years old we all get the face we deserve really *is* true!
To: kattracks
Ya think some intrepid reporter might ask the witch the next time she spouts this drivel if speaking of one's "vivid and painful memories" of black churches burning in Arkansas when they were young when it
was a total frickin' lie qualifies as "exploiting race?!"
I can't believe Limbaugh was actually cordial to this ice queen!
To: Man of the Right
She can't use Rodham. Almost as soon as she started using it, her brother Hugh Rodham got caught in in those shady financial deals. The media dropped calling her Rodham like a bad habit. She may reexamine using it in the future. That's pretty bad when she wants to stop being a Clinton, but that's the best choice.

Democrats emphasize race-baiting because they need near-unanimous, near-universal black turnout to win at the national level currently. Blacks represent one-eighth of the population and one-ninth of all voters, but one-third of Democrat votes.
A relevant question is why should Democrats nominate a Caucasian woman of English ancestry born in an all-White Chicago suburb to upper middle class parents when the party's base is disproportionately black, urban, and working class? Nominating Al Sharpton would reflect the party's base. Rodham talks about a government that reflects America. If the incubus believes what it says, it should step aside for a black to represent New York and the nation.

Clearly, the Hildebeast isn't a Clinton, the surname of Blythe's alcoholic child molester stepfather. The marriage to Blythe is a living lie, so that surname is inappropriate. If we can't call the Hildebeast Rodham, what do we call it?
To: Man of the Right
What can we call her? Something unprintable and that would get the post deleted.
Hitlery is so dumb.
How dumb is she?
She so dumb that when she took office, she wanted to hire pollsters on the taxpayer's dime. She told other Democrat Senators that they could use them too. They had to explain to her that she's now in the big time and would have to work with out a safety net.

"I'm looking to see what kind of new leadership the Republican Party will have not in terms of names and faces, but in terms of commitment of equal justice under the law," Clinton said." Since when did you care about the law, Hillary?
To: patriciaruth
To make matters worse, Hillary is set to become the new leader of the steering committe for the Democrats in the Senate.
This will put Hillary in charge of how the Democratic party presents itself to the public. In other words, HIllary will essentially become the new "Gobles" of the Democratic party.
These comments of Hillary's demonstrate her in-born ability to promote massive propoganda.
I bet anything that Hillary must have made some sort of deal with the devil - to be THIS coniving is beyond natural - it's SUPERNATURAL!!!!!

"I'm looking to see what kind of new leadership the Republican Party will have not in terms of names and faces, but in terms of commitment of equal justice under the law," Clinton said. I gotta admit that I agree with Bubbette! on this one. I'd like to see a little equal justice under the law myself from Bubba-2 myself. Unfortunately,he and Janet Ashcroft sealed all the evidence of criminal wrongdoing the so-called Justice Dept had collected on Bubba-1 and Bubbette! for pardon selling and voter fraud. They would have never done this for a non-elite,but equal justice in this case would have Bubba-1 amd Bubbette! cooling their heels somewhere in a federal prison. Yeah,I would definitily love to see this!

BTW,what's with the black eyes? Is her girlfriend beating her?
To: ECM
Does this woman actually believe she has a chance in hell of ever being president of this country? Yes. I do too. In fact,I think she has a excellent chance of winning in 2004. She's laying the ground work now.

This could really back-fire on the Democrats, Hillary making these kinds of statements about the South.
I would like to see the Democrats gett votes in the South after this statement.
Of course, personally, I understand that we did have a Civil War, and then later the Civil Rights movement due to the antics of some in the South.
I also understand that the South has caused major PR problems.
However, it is one thing to understand this, quite another to publically state it. Because after-all, these kinds of public statements also ignore that we did admit the South back into the Union.
And these kinds of public statements also ignore the fact that many, many, good, all-American's live there, and they have good hearts too.
And Hillary's statements ignore these truths, and so therefore are nothing more then exploitation and propoganda.

No point in getting angry here...just so much spin to give her face (arf) time.
Considering how dependent and slavish the Clintons were on Fulbright, you have to give her points for chutzpah. Clinton grovelled at Fulbright the Segregationist's feet at every opportunity.
But it's an interesting lesson in rhetoric and how it works. Everything, every word she says in accusation could easily be used to describe herself. It's a perfect lesson in how "projection" works in political argument. Back roads in the South, in Arkansas? Just how long has she been in NY, anyway?
She's playing skillfully to the Yankee's distaste for the South, and ringing the usual tradtional bells with such a stunning lack of sincerity--like reading a script in her flat, unpleasant midwestern twang. I remember when she used to imitate a southern accent, will she be "dese" and "dose-ing" shortly?
She's taking Daschle's place...with good patience, she's working the room with a dogged ambition.

I am at a loss as to why the democrats are trying this tactic. This is just ground work to set the stage for Bubbette!'s emergence as a civil libertarian. It's all about getting her name out in the public and setting her apart from the other Senators. Long term planning, that's all.
To: Aeronaut
Hillary is being "revved up" for the steering committe. I can hear her "throttling" the engine right now as she gets ready to tear out of the parking lot, like a witch on her broom!
Oh Boy! She's juiced, and ready to put the "metal to the pedal"
To: glock rocks
Is this Bubbette! recreating how she proposed to Bubba-1? Puts a whole new meaning to the "go to your knees to propose",doesn't it?
To: goldstategop
Also, the Democrats forget that President Bush is loved, he is a very good President. And in the after-math of 9/11, people are not going to let petty maneuvering set the tone. Bush is too smart for these kinds of small minded politics.
Bush is a lot like Reagan, he is more then just another man, there is something special inside both those guys, and that something special doesn't get kicked around by the petty manipulations of those who are led by the spirit of the evil one.
