Bill Frist's 2001 ACU Rating

Personally, I don't know Sen. Frist from Adam. But I checked his rating after I saw that Joe Farah was sharpening his axe . . . .

People around here love to use ACU ratings as a badge of conservatism, but I would like to see the minute details of what makes up that rating.

My semi-educated hunch is that they are put together simply for the purpose of making powerful Republican politicians look as conservative as possible to the base of the GOP.
