Yes I did, thanks ! When I tried to call her last Friday, she was not there. I "talked" to her sister, who speaks almost no English, and my Chinese is VERY limited as well. Ming, knowing that I would try to call shortly after she got to her home in Shenyang, made sure her sister used the word "tomorrow" when I called. That's what I needed to know. So I called Ming and talked to her Saturday. She had a good and uneventful, and safe, trip and was enjoying her visit with family and friends.
She'll be returning on January 2nd. I'll be glad to see her when she gets back home....
