We'll never know if that vote was winnable or not, the evidence was suppressed and so was the vote.

Okie dokie...

It was winnable. The conventional wisdom until the days just before the vote in the House was that the vote there would not win, either. History will reflect the arguments presented by the House Managers to have been the better argument and history will reflect the roadblocks thrown in their path.

Now, back to the topic at hand...
