[My back yard]

I have watched the Fellowship of the Ring movie almost every day for weeks in anticipation of the new TTT one coming up. Very excited! I have my tickets already.

While watching it I have been thinking of the Vietnam Era vets, and that there could not be a more insidous attack on a people's moral clarity than what happened to them. It sickens me still when I think of it. Anyway, I thought this would be a good place for this thought. How will we ever make it up to those returning vets?

They stood their rank and to the hill marched on
Held file and ride
      While Boromir died

They returned to their White City and were spat on
Lost faith and pride
      When kin and king lied

God Bless our troops and keep them safe this Sunday morning. We owe them so much.
