As 8 of the 10 provinces have refused to operate the registry, the system is being run directly by the Feds, and I suspect that they hired the Mackenzie Brothers to run it.

Yes, the Mackenzie brothers as comin' off pogey to run the Down East show.

The Feds have got Wayne and Shuster and the Plouffe Family running the rest of the gravy train...er...registry.

Man! That really dates me. :>(
