Drove around here Sunday, got video of Chavez Palace, troop barracks & grounds and also across the way in an slum area known as the "23 de Enero". where the so-called Bolivarian Brigades (largely a street gang called "Caraoaica y Tupacamaro".) had been issued by his National Guard last Thursday a total of 750 FAL's along with 1.8 million rounds of ammo. These pleasant folks helped turn the tide on the failed April coup. Very telling that Chavez feels the need to arm them now again.
