Former Vice President Al Gore denied late Tuesday that he and Bill Clinton turned down an offer from the government of Sudan to have Osama bin Laden arrested and extradited to the U.S. in a deal that could have prevented the 9/11 attacks.
But when he was pressed on the episode, the former VP told Fox News Channel's "Hannity & Colmes," "Well, I'm not familiar with that particular allegation."
Gore sounded confused about the bin Laden extradition deal despite President Clinton's acknowledgment earlier this year that such an arrangement was indeed offered, but that he turned it down.

Gore invented lying.

I saw the same thing last night. I marveled at the fact that he seemed blindsided by the question. He knew damn well about the Sudanese offer; as Veep he was head of the National Security Council!!

Gore is truly frightening.
To: SupplySider
There is some sort of psychosis about Gore and what is truly frightning is a good number of Americans don't see it.

One only needs to look at who his leader was or is to understand why he tells lies.

I can't wait for
Gore '04.
It will be so sweet to watch him get his ass kicked in a Reagan-sized landslide.
To: Puppage
That's the problem when you are involved in an adminstration thats entire foundation is based on lies.
After a while you start to lose track of what the lies were.

I kept noticing the Gore keep looking off to his left for someone to provide the answer for him. He be asked a question, pause, look to his left, and then answer - presumably after getting the answer feed to him.

I marveled at the fact that he seemed blindsided by the question. Even though it was tossed by liberal Colmes (Hannity not allowed to interview Sir Albert).

I, too noticed he seemed to be coached from off camera. Even that nitwit, Colmes, seemed a little dissed. You know the questions were submitted beforehand.
