"Who Lost Latin America?"I didn't realize it was missing ...
Come on, you guys ... 'fess up! Who lost Latin America? Did it fall out of your pockets or did you just set it down and forget where you put it?!

For those who lack historical perspective, the title appears to reframe a question asked by anti-Communist conservatives in America half a century ago after the Communists conquereed mainland China which was, "Who lost China"? The answer to the rhetorical question posed by the title of the article seems to point to the Bush Administration or perhaps someone in it as being responsible for having lost Brazil to Marxist control.

Come on, you guys ... 'fess up! Who lost Latin America? It was an accident! I swiped the locks off the Panama Canal, and Latin America just . . . . drifted.
