Suicide terrorists have a huge advantage over conventional terrorists who want to escape and strike again, yes.

But most Muslims don't believe any more that being exposed to pigs will prevent them from entering heaven.

They now say that only Allah has the power over Heaven and Hell, and that crusaders/Jews can't force someone to go to Hell.

So wrapping them in pig skins wouldn't deter them at all, and it would make moderate Muslims more wary of us (we would be associating with something they consider very dirty). It would make them more likely to support al-Qaida.

If it would actually deter the terrorists, it would be worth doing...
