If that were to happen, wouldn’t the Pakistani retaliate with a strike against the Israelis? They have the bombs but no way to really get it to Israel.

The Ghauri II has a range of about 1700-2200km. If the Israelis nuked Mecca, I’m sure the Iranians would allow Pakistani missiles into their territory for launch against Israel.
