The Washington Post sent a camera crew, still and video, to the Gores' booksigning event at Olssons Books in Arlington, Virginia yesterday. The link provided at "Enter Flash Gallery" has two photos out of seven featuring members of the D.C. Chapter protesting Al Gore.

We had a great time. I'm not sure about the Gorons, though. They had an unexpected truth-detector squad appearance and didn't handle it well.

Former vice president Al Gore and his wife, Tipper, sign copies of their new books about American families at Olsson's bookstore. Outside, members of the conservative group Free Republic protested Gore's presidential efforts. Interviews with Cristina Belen, Kristinn Taylor and Deborah Tannen, Georgetown University professor of Linguisitcs. Tannen assisted the Gores with their book.
