NLRC proposed a similar aircraft as an airliner, this was an 800 pax airline with about the same GW as a 747-400. I think it is fair to extrapolate a >140K lb munitions load, that is not including weapons systems. It would also make a good gunship, tanker, maritime patrol, AWACs, transport, ect. It offers the military great efficeincy and airframe commonality for a variety of missions.It also has the look of death on wings.
