That's my call was 51% -48% for Terrell.....
I figured 1% for write-ins.

if the Black vote ends up low......Terrell could win by 5%+..otherwise it will be in the 3% range.

In this LA "general elections" there are two and only two candidates, and LA does not permit write-ins.

There are no write-ins. The whole point of our system is that the last race is between only two candidates.
