Oh... don't get me going on Cal Thomas (and his friend, Pr. Dobson --not Dr. James Dobson). They seemed to get overconfident in what the Christian Coalition would be able to do, a decade ago, then wrote a book saying (opinionated paraphrase) that organized political action for social conservative Americanism is beneath the high calling of assembled Christians, afterall.
