This race shows some 1.5 to 4 points higher R than the Terrell race, the lower Terrell is put then the more he is above her, and vice versa.
"People of Louisiana are going to know from day one when I'm in the United States Senate, I'm going to be standing for Louisiana," Terrell said at Edie's Restaurant to the about 100 supporters from Acadiana and Texas. "I'm not going to be standing with Hillary Clinton and Ted Kennedy and the liberal Eastern establishment."
"Louisiana wants to see good judges appointed to the federal judiciary, judges who know that life is sacred ... judges who know God is not a dirty word," Terrell said.
Terrell said she will join Democrats and Republicans to pass legislation for Louisiana and the nation.
"I think it's important that we can partner with people across the state and across this country to benefit Louisiana," Terrell said. "Somebody somewhere said it would be a cold day somewhere before there would be real change in Louisiana. Well the cold day is here."
