Can someone clarify this for me? These are ballots that have already been voted
but have not been submitted to the election officials in that county for tabulation?
Why are they at the Democratic Pary Headquarters and
not at the county election department?
How did the Democratic Party come to have these ballots?

The problem with someone picking up absentee ballots is that just a casual conversation would reveal who the person voted for. If they were republican, that ballot would probably never make it to the election board.

Sounds just like a RAT. Sec. of State, Cheatie Culver insists Iowa is squeaky clean and Republicans are trying to thwart voter turnout by their insistence there's voter fraud going on.
