MIAMI A small plane crashed into Federal Reserve Bank Building in Miami Thursday night and one body was recovered from the wreckage, the bank's branch manager said. No one inside the building was injured.
The aircraft slammed into the northeast side of the bank about 8:45 p.m., exploded and burst into flames. About 90 people were evacuated from the 28,000-square-foot building.
"When we first came out of and walked around the side, it was really hard to determine that it was a plane," said vice president and branch manager Jay Curry, who was in the building for a board of directors meeting. g. "There wasn't much to view except the smoke and fire."

IIRC, there was a threat on the Richmond Federal Reserve Bank shortly after 9/11.. possibility of a plane crashing into the building.

This Fed bank is right underneath the approach to 9L at Miami International. It's also a one story building. Probably not terrorism.
